So... if I may ask a question?
What would I need to do to actually get people interested in my original story and its characters? I mean, I'm not asking for, like, any big following or anything, it's not that; but it would be nice to feel like there were just two or three people who actually cared about the thing at all. I know I should probably put up a bit more about it... like, I dunno, a back-cover description, or something, but... I dunno that I have much confidence that even that would interest anyone at this point.
Like I said, I'm not looking for a huge fan-following or anything, that would be stupid to expect anyway. But I just want to know what I'd have to do to get even just a small number of my friends to actually show any interest, you know?
Advice here would be... really appreciated, please?

I meant to post this earlier but I've had various things going on today. But I wanted to wish a (belated) happy Easter to all those who celebrate - and a happy Sunday to those who don't, as well! ^^ Hope everyone received a satisfying amount of chocolate; but as a Christian I’d also like to suggest a few moments to remember the key reason why we have this celebration: "[Jesus] was handed over to die because of our sins, and he was raised to life to make us right with God." - Romans 4:25 (NLT) Jesus is Alive! Happy Easter! :D
Public Apology
So this is mainly for people who have been following me for over a decade and did experience this at the time. But I've just been looking through my old deviations in storage to see which ones I could actually move back into my gallery. And, well... It was something of an unpleasant revelation to see how rude and passive-aggressive I was in the descriptions of several of my pictures back in like 2012. It's weird, there's no trace of that kind of attitude at all in my earlier deviation descriptions, and (I hope!) none of it in the way I write currently either. It's like... I don't know, like in the middle of my time at university I just kinda underwent this weird attitude change and didn't even realise it at the time. Maybe it was the stress getting to me or something, I don't know. Looking back on it is so weird, it doesn't even sound like me in some cases. (Suffice it to say that if I do put some of those pictures back in my gallery, I'm updating their descriptions right
Here's a question...
So, here's a question that may or may not be just hypothetical: If you could chose to watch a new animated series about anything at all, what would you want it to be about? What sort of story would you want it to tell?

I have the same problem with my own original story. I have noticed people love my dalmatians though and I throw all kinds of info and story and character personality quirks out there.. so maybe that's the ticket. You have to let your audience get to know the characters so they know what to love and what not to.
